By using FindBingo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FindBingo. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

FindBingo facilitates bookings between users and bingo halls. Booking and cancellation policies are determined by the individual hall organizers.

5. Service Fees

FindBingo charges a 5% service fee on all bookings made through the platform. This fee covers the convenience of seat selection and platform operation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity, including unauthorized secondary sale of bookings.

7. Limitation of Liability

FindBingo is not responsible for event cancellations, venue conditions, or the conduct of other players at the venue.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

10. Directory Listings

FindBingo maintains a public directory of bingo venues. Venue information is sourced from public databases and may be claimed and managed by authorized venue operators. By claiming a listing, venue operators agree to provide accurate information and authorize FindBingo to display their venue details, schedule, and contact information publicly on the platform.

Venue operators may opt out of the directory at any time by contacting FindBingo at contact@findbingo.app.

11. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number to FindBingo or by having your business phone number publicly listed and contacted by FindBingo, you acknowledge that you may receive SMS messages from FindBingo. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

FindBingo does not share mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
