9. SMS Communications
FindBingo may send SMS messages in two contexts:
Venue Outreach: FindBingo may contact bingo venue operators whose business phone numbers are publicly listed on Google Maps or other public business directories. These messages notify venue operators that their venue has been listed on findbingo.app and offer them the opportunity to claim and manage their free listing.
Player Notifications: If you provide your phone number through our platform, FindBingo may send you SMS messages about upcoming bingo events, booking confirmations, and event reminders at venues you have booked with or expressed interest in.
All SMS messages include opt-out instructions. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by campaign. FindBingo does not share or sell mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
